Yangzhou Dongling Brush Factory, founded in 1999, is a professional manufacturer specialized in the R&D, production and sales of wooden combs. With over 20 years of industry experience, we have built a mature and stable production system. We currently have 15 employees, including 10 professional technicians, enabling strong product development and quality control capabilities. We can steadily provide global customers with wooden combs in complete specifications and various grades.

In terms of production equipment, we are equipped with a full set of automated machines: 4 wood water grinding machines, 3 sets of polishing and water-based painting machines, 5 CNC tufting machines for V-shape wooden combs, 12 high-speed tufting machines, 14 standard CNC tufting machines, 7 flat trimming machines, and 10 other supporting machines. As a one-stop source factory integrating wooden comb & handle processing, water-based painting, tufting and flat trimming, we supply high-grade, medium-grade and low-grade wooden combs with an annual output of over 5 million pieces, which can meet diverse cooperation needs such as wholesale, customization and OEM.

 

 

Our factory is located in Yiling Town, Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, enjoying a prime location in central Jiangsu with convenient transportation: close to Ningtong Expressway in the south, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway in the west, Ningqi Railway and Yangtai Airport in the north. National Highway 328 runs through the town, ensuring efficient and convenient logistics.
